Internet connection fees, communication fees, and similar costs are borne by the customer.

Payment processing fees are borne by us.

Credit card payment and other payment methods designated by us.

Payment processing is handled through Stripe.

Payment is finalized at the time of purchase.

After payment is completed, you can view the Stripe-hosted receipt.

For business customers, we also issue a Stripe-hosted qualified invoice that complies with the Japan Invoice System and includes our registered invoice issuer number.

Both the receipt and the qualified invoice can be viewed from the payment completion screen and from each row in the usage history screen.

The service can be used immediately after payment is completed.

However, service availability may take time due to system conditions, maintenance, or communication environment.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept customer-requested returns, cancellations, or refunds after payment is completed.

If the service is not provided normally due to reasons attributable to us, we will review the situation and provide a refund or alternative response.

This service is not a subscription service, so no cancellation procedure is required.
